Scheduling Policy
To reserve a photo session, a non-refundable retainer/booking fee is required. The balance will be due before the session begins.

Reservations
Phone–Call us at 713.893.3739 to schedule your photo session. Our phone line is not manned 24 hours a day, so please leave a message including your name, phone number and the best time to reach you. Our photographer will return your call to schedule your session. Then you will be instructed how to make payment.

Email us at
reine@midnightreine.com to schedule your photo session. Please include when you would like to schedule your session,  and which of our  optional services  you would like. Please make sure also to include your name, phone number. Our photographer will answer your email by phone to schedule your session. Then you will be instructed how to  how to make payment.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your photo session anytime. Your retainer to reserve the session is non-refundable. If you are using our make-up artist we prefer 24-hour notice of cancellation, when possible.

You may reschedule your session within 45 days of your original booking date. Rescheduling after the original 45 days may require a new retainer before your session will be reserved.

If you do not like your photos for any reason, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

FAQs


What should I wear?

Plan to wear your own clothing. You can wear anything you would like. Suggestions: sexy lingerie, sexy costumes, hosiery, sexy shoes and simple jewelry.


What about hair and make-up?

It’s up to you. You can arrive to your photo session with hair and make-up already done.

If you request hair and make-up services, we can arrange to have a make-up artist  and a hair stylist at your session. The artist and the stylist are paid at the time of services. Their services are separate from the fee for the photo session.


What is a look?

It is your outfit or costume choice.

Three looks are three different costume changes.


May I have someone with me at the session?

We prefer to work one-on-one with our clients. We understand the need to feel comfortable, you may have one guest. We request that the guest be female. Your guest is allowed to observe only.


Why are your photo sessions only on location?

We have found women are much more comfortable taking photos in familiar surroundings; such as, their bedroom, a favorite hotel or a favorite secluded place. Being comfortable makes for great photos.


Do you offer other types of photography?

Yes, currently we are focusing on women's photography.


How far will your photographer travel for a photo session?

She will go pretty much any where. Locations outside a 25 mile radius of Downtown Houston will incur a travel fee.

For locations outside of the Houston Metro area please call for information.


What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. And of course cash.


What happens during a photo session?

Pre-session: arrival, set up, paperwork, payment

During Session: taking of photos, outfit changes, make-up touch ups, re-arranging of lights

End: breaking down and packing of equipment, answering questions, departure
